What the role is
- An independent contractor engagement, worked on U.S. Eastern time.
- Answering the phone, listening, getting the facts, and booking the consultation.
- Recognising the call that cannot wait — a detention, a deadline — and escalating it the same day.
- Never giving legal advice. That is the attorney’s job, and the line matters.
What we are looking for
- High proficiency in English, and the composure to stay clear on a hard call.
- Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese — most of our callers are not calling in English.
- Experience turning inquiries into booked appointments, and having been measured on it.
- A reliable connection and a private space you can take calls from.
