What the role is
- Your own docket, your own consultations, and your own merits hearings.
- Removal defense and crimmigration alongside family and business petitions.
- Supervising paralegals and legal assistants on your cases.
- A path to running a practice group as the firm grows.
What we are looking for
- Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Immigration experience, and EOIR practice in particular.
- Consultations you have run and clients you have signed at the end of them.
- Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese at a client-facing level is a real advantage.
- Immigration is the only law you will practice here.
